We are Julie & Mark based in the beautiful village of Rolleston on Dove, near Burton upon Trent.
Our passion for all things food (especially cheese!) and natural creativity has brought us to where we are now, offering our customers a personal grazing experience along with fabulous snacking options; whether in the form of a gourmet graze box, perfectly put together platter, enjoying the ultimate cheese board (served from one of our bespoke hand made carts), or indulging in a scrumptious sweet treat of Needwood ice cream, we've got you covered.

Hire Packages:
Dove’s Delights offers two cheese packages which include the hire of the cheese cart; also included are:
- Wooden knives
- Biodegradable plates
- Disposable paper napkins
- Tongs and long handled spoons
- Pickle & olive fork
- Rubbish bin
Cheese packages:
We are pleased to be working with the Great British Cheese Company™ who will be our main supplier for the cheese truckles.
- Dove’s Premium £350 - up to 60 guests; includes 12 cheese truckles, selection of mixed nuts, dried fruit, individual butter portions, fruit cake, grapes, tortilla chips, green pitted olives, celery sticks, chutneys, Branston pickle, piccalilli, pickled onions and crackers. A set of cheese knives are also available for your guests to use, we advise that children are supervised at all times when around the cart.
- Dove’s DeLuxe £425 - 70 to 100 guests; includes 20 cheese truckles, selection of mixed nuts, dried fruit, individual butter portions, fruit cake, grapes, tortilla chips, green pitted olives, celery sticks, chutneys, Branston pickle, piccalilli, pickled onions and crackers. A set of cheese knives are also available for your guests to use, we advise that children are supervised at all times when around the cart.

"Truckle Tower" & Cheese Celebration Cakes
- Up to 60 guests, to include 12 truckles of cheese, an assortment of crackers, Branston pickle, chutneys, butter portions and seasonal fruit to dress - £295
- 70-100 guests, to include 20 truckles of cheese, an assortment of crackers, Branston pickle, chutneys, butter portions and seasonal fruit to dress - £375
If you would like to display your celebration cakes on one of our beautiful rustic carts, we would be happy to offer you a quotation.

Dove's Delights Ice Cream Cart
Choose from over 40 fabulous flavours of Needwood's award winning ice cream.
There are three packages to choose from:
Dove's Standard
- will serve up to 50 guests in a crisp waffle cone or tub and a generous scoop of one of four delicious flavours of Needwood ice cream or sorbet. Self service toppings table is included. We offer a two-hour manned service. From £295
Dove's Premium
- will serve up to 100 guests in a crisp waffle cone or tub and a generous scoop of one of four delicious flavours of Needwood ice cream or sorbet. Self service toppings table is included. We offer a two-hour manned service. From £350
*Cadbury's flakes can be added at an additional 30p per guest.
Dove's De-Luxe
- will serve up to 100 guests in bio-degradable sundae dishes, with two scoops of Needwood ice cream from a choice of four flavours and either sweet waffle, chocolate brownie or rocky road pieces, all topped with squirty cream, fresh seasonal berries and a wafer curl. Self service toppings table is included. £495
**Our De-Luxe package can also be served directly to each table as part of your wedding breakfast. Service to tables will be charged at 50p per guest
For any package, we are happy to accommodate your vegan guests with sorbets or ice cream (ice cream will not be Needwood), also, a selection of favourite ice lollies can be provided - prices on request
"Snacks And Ladders"
Dove’s Delights offers an adaptable snacks package which includes the hire of our rustic style wooden step ladders to display the snacks on. The package includes:
- Walkers Crisps Selection
- Tortilla Chips
- Bacon Fries & Scampi Fries
- Pringles – Various flavours in small tubes
- KP Salted Peanuts
- Pretzels
- Pork Scratchings
- Popcorn – Salted and Sweet
- Thai Chilli Crackers
- Vegetable Crisps
- Bombay Mix
- Cheesy Nibbles
The package is priced at £150 and will suit up to 60 guests. This can be adjusted to suit your event requirements, please ask us for more details. Extra guests can be catered for at an additional £2.50 per head.
